Terms of use

Effective 20 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the Fairmark app. By using it you agree to them. You must be at least 18 years old to use Fairmark.

What Fairmark is

Fairmark shows whether a stock looks cheap or expensive against its own history, using ratios such as P/E, forward P/E and PEG. It is information only. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, it does not recommend that you buy or sell anything, and it never places trades. Scores and ratios come from third-party data that can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the past does not predict the future. You make your own decisions, and you should speak to a licensed adviser before you invest.

Your account

Free, Premium and Pro

The assistant and the Scout (AI features)

The assistant (Premium) and the Scout (Pro) are powered by an AI model. They can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, and the Scout reads web pages that we do not control. Their answers are generated for you, they are not reviewed by a person, and they are not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. When the Scout lists stocks, they are stocks that match what you asked for, not stocks we suggest. Check the numbers and the sources yourself, and do not rely on an answer for a financial decision. Do not type personal information into these chats. You can report a problem with an answer from the support page linked in the app.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell or redistribute Fairmark’s data, scrape the service, try to get around its limits or protections, or use it in a way that harms the service or other people. We may limit or block installs that do.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from using Fairmark or relying on its information, including investment losses.

Changes

If these terms change, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Fairmark after that means you accept the changes.
